This is the FAQ and terms of conditions for IM-SOFT e-shop download service.

1. This e-shop has no association to eBay or eBay purchases.  You are buying direct from IM-SOFT.
2. All items are digital download only there is no physical media (CD\DVD) sent to your address.  This makes the items cheaper than on eBay.
3. PayPal is the only method of payment available for this, e-cheques are not accepted.
4. Due to the nature of the item and delivery there are no refunds for these transactions.
5. As there are no refunds please make sure that you contact us if you have any questions.
6. We do still offer support, again please use our information portal (click here) or contact us.
7. If you would like the physical media please visit our eBay store
8. Like our media we test and ensure that all files are virus free. Also we test all media to ensure that there are no issues, however by you downloading and starting the application this is your responsibility and therefore we are not liable for any system or data loss.
